Negotiating Equality: Mapping The Integration in Diverse School Culture
Main Article Content
Abstract
This research paper investigates the concept of equality and integration within educational settings, particularly examining how schools integrate students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds. Our objectives are to explore how schools can foster sensitivity to issues of inequality among students, assess the impact of heterogeneous school populations on student perspectives, and analyze how language of instruction can nurture a culture of integration. This study aims to contribute to the discourse on educational equality by illuminating the diverse voices of students and the role of school environments in shaping their understanding of integration and equality.
